This is our opportunity to get to know each other, set the initial focus for the outcomes you desire, agree on expectations and confirm logistics. This stage might range from the initial consultation up to the first coaching sessions.

Core coaching stage
The majority of our coaching sessions will take place here. We’ll define your focus, greatly increase your awareness and take purposeful action towards your goals. A variety of appropriate supporting tools like assessments, progress reviews, and third party feedback will be used to both accelerate and facilitate your journey.

Life Coaching Stage 3: Reach your goals and plan the next steps.

Completion stage
Once you achieve your goals or put them in place, we will strengthen your sense of direction and identify how you can support yourself moving forward. You’ll feel empowered and self-directed. This stage is mostly reserved for final sessions and follow-up phone calls.
